Project Manager

Lunchbox is an independent, full service agency that specializes in creating complete-branded content packages. We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team in LA. Below are the details:

THE POSITION Freelance Project Manager Onsite, full-time in Los Angeles (Culver City) Great brands/great clients

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for taking a project from concept through completion-on schedule, on budget and meeting or exceeding the expectations of the client.
Actively participates in all project activities, collaborating on the content and presentation of key client deliverables as required to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality and timeliness
Create accurate, timely resource requests according to process; ensure that projects are appropriately staffed
Create and maintain project documentation such as estimates, project plans, proposals, statements of work, status reports (internal and external), change requests, functional specifications, etc.
Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team
Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
REQUIREMENTS

5+ years professional experience, preferably within a creative agency environment
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
Strong creative, technical and business aptitude
Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
Knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Project/MS Office
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Persistent attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projects
A broad understanding of integrated marketing across numerous touch points (interactive, traditional and in-store)

MUST be able to work full-time on-site in Culver City
